sauna experience swimming pool food choices attentive waiter
the steam sauna was very nice and the swimming pool felt special. breakfast offered unexpected food choices. the staff were accommodating during breakfast and dinner, allowing our group to sit together. our waiter on saturday evening remembered all our meals and drinks, even making a fuss of the children
the television remote did not work upon arrival. the toilet kept running, and the room struggled to stay cool. it was a minor issue, but slightly frustrating at times.

The superior king room features a very comfortable large bed and soundproofing. This is a peaceful haven. clean design elements add to the space's serenity, so it becomes a retreat.

prime location drink sachets shower gels firm bed springy sofa bed uncomfortable pillows
I appreciated the location across from the Lambeth North tube station. It made traveling simple. The shower gels provided were nice. My room also had a good selection of complimentary drink sachets.
The main bed was too firm and the pillows were not great. The sofa bed was also uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.

good food good room size breakfast options
i found staff were great and the food was good. the room size suited me, the facilities also worked fine. the breakfast options had variety and were tasty. the hotel location was beneficial to my travel plans.
during the stay, a tech panel in the room was broken. it kept flashing throughout the night and i found that to be very distracting.

It seemed a good arrangement. the sauna was unfortunately out of service. This meant i was not able to use that amenity.

My room contained a king bed and digital features to control the blinds and lights. This made the room modern. i saw the closet space was adequate and the view from the window was expansive. It overlooked some of the nearby buildings.

The hotel location is near an underground station and various stores. This allows for quick access to transportation and essentials. waterloo station is a short walk away and provides access to other parts of the area.

The staff members were polite and kind, especially the bartenders. They knew the products well and interacted professionally. i also received water and complimentary drinks after an initial service issue. It seemed like a fair recovery.

The location proved convenient with excellent transport links. tube access and bus stops were just outside the hotel. This simplified travel around the area. the digital controls within the room were a feature i appreciated.
the gym had great equipment. however the television in my room did not work. additionally, closing the door was initially problematic but the staff resolved it promptly.
